Today was a beautiful day!  It was the perfect amount of wonderful.  God is good, isn't he?  It seems that the road until Thanksgiving is rather easy and I'm very excited about it.  Nothing too stressful in my life right now, for a change.  I'm going home this weekend for Central's musical and I'm bringing Katie and Jason with me.  I'm excited for them to see where I live and to meet my family.  Other than that, not too much is happening.  Oh, don't worry.  I'm still plenty busy with classes and such, but I managed a good grade on my last music history exam and I am pretty stinkin' happy about that.

Ummm....Gustavo (my voice teacher) will be back next week for lessons and I'm glad for that as well.  For the last month he has been playing Don Pasquale for the Lyric Opera San Francisco.  I really wish I could see him perform.  Anywho, since he's been away I've had a substitute teacher and he's been good and all, but he isn't Gustavo (or "Papi" as some of his students like to call him).

I love my mommy and daddy.  I mean, yeah, they can also be my sugar mommy and daddy...but I just love them.  It's amazing how a death in the family can make you realize how important people are to you.  Ever since my grandma died I've just had this change.  I really need to take advantage of the time I have with my friends and family because one day I will have to say goodbye.  It's sad, yes, but a part of life.    Yay for deep realizations!

love!
